Pillar Construction and Remodeling has been serving the Northeast Florida area for 12 years. Shawn and his team offer over 25 years of local market knowledge regarding building and remodeling services in Duval, St Johns, Clay and Nassau counties. As the Director of Operations of a new home builder in Jacksonville for 10 years, Shawn utilizes his experience and trade partner/vendors to offer competitive pricing and award winning remodels, renovations, room additions or new home construction services.

Community Service:

Shawn is Executive Board member of Builders Care, the charitable arm of Northeast Florida Builders Association’s, which helps the City’s needy and less fortunate with home construction services making homes more livable for residents in wheelchairs, specifically: bath and kitchen modifications; ramp and fall protection installation; and improving wheelchair accessibility within the house.

Shawn is also active in Cancer research funding through programs and charitable causes associated with Wolfson’s Children’s Hospital and Nemours Children Clinic. With only 4% of cancer funding going to children’s cancer research Shawn believes that getting more funding to the forefront of research and early treatment may eventually help us with the battle of children’s cancers.

Local Knowledge:

Shawn has lived in Jacksonville since the age of 14, joined and lived in Jacksonville as a proud U.S. Navy air crewman, married and raised his family here on the first coast.  Shawn is a Business management graduate of University of Phoenix and has applied his business degree in the operation of both CornerStone Homes Realty and Pillar Construction and Remodeling CBC1258802.
